FIELD: engineering industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to engineering industry, and can be used in turbine engineering when reconstructing operating and stationary blades of steam turbines, gas compressor plants and gas turbine engine compressors, which are made from steel alloy. Method involves removal of defective blade material coat, blade metal vacuum degassing at temperature of 200…680°C during at least 0.5 h until its dislocation structure is restored. Then, blade is cooled at a speed of 10…50°C/min; geometry thereof is restored by metal surfacing or welding with the subsequent machining. After machining is carried out, either strengthening treatment by means of surface plastic deformation, or ion implantation and postimplantation drawing is performed, or after strengthening treatment is carried out, there performed is ion implantation and postimplantation drawing. At that, Cr, Y, Yb, C, B, Zr ions or combinations thereof are used as implantation ions, and ion implantation is performed at ion energy of 300-1000 eV and ion implantation dose of 1010 - 5·1020 ion/cm2.
EFFECT: when repairing blades made from steel alloys there obtained are flawless edges of zones of surfacing and welded material owing to improved detail material weldability, as well as improving operating properties of the blade after it has been restored.
