FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to a method of producing graphite composite material having high electrical conductivity, antifriction properties and resistance to aggressive media. Method for obtaining graphite composite material includes vacuum degassing of porous workpiece in electrolyte solution, coating of porous billet with galvanic nickel coating, its impregnation with molten matrix aluminum alloy under effect of excessive pressure due to thermal expansion of molten aluminum alloy at heating, at that vacuum degassing of porous billet is carried out in solution of nickel electrolyte, galvanic nickel coating is applied on coal-graphite frame of workpiece, and then billet is subjected to aluminising in molten aluminum alloy, wherein impregnation is carried out at heating at 300 ºC above the recrystallisation temperature of aluminum alloy.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency and quality of composite materials.
