SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, namely to the creation of composite materials by impregnation of a porous frame, having high electrical conductivity, anti-friction properties, resistance in aggressive environments. The technical result is achieved in a method for producing a carbon-graphite composite material, including vacuum degassing of a porous workpiece in a supersaturated aqueous solution of zinc sulfate with a concentration of 650 g/l, at a salt solution temperature of 80°C, drying of the workpiece after vacuum degassing is carried out at 150°C to a constant weight of the workpiece, subsequent sealing of the pores of carbon graphite by dipping the workpiece preheated to 400-450°C into aluminum alloy A97, followed by cooling the workpiece in air, impregnation of the workpiece with a melt of the matrix aluminum alloy of the same composition under the influence of excess pressure due to thermal expansion of the aluminum alloy melt at heating by 300°C above the recrystallization temperature of the aluminum alloy, and sealing the workpiece with lead alloy in the mold at a temperature of 600°C.

EFFECT: simplification of the method while maintaining and improving the quality of the composite material (CM).
