FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of composite materials with impregnation of a porous carbon-graphite frame, having high electrical conductivity, antifriction properties and resistance to aggressive media. Vacuum degassing of the porous coal-graphite billet in the melt of the antimony matrix alloy is performed in a separate vessel mounted on the vibration table with provision of billet vacuum vibration for 7–8 minutes. Billet in the antimony alloy cooled to 400 ºC is placed on the antimony alloy surface crystallized as a result of cooling, which is preliminarily poured into the impregnation device at an antimony melt temperature of 600 ºC per 2/3 of the device volume. Fill the impregnation device with molten antimony alloy heated to 600 ºC through the hole in the installed cover, and the impregnation device is sealed. Impregnating the preform is carried out due to phase transition antimony alloy from solid to liquid upon heating device for the impregnation temperature to 100 ºC antimony above the liquidus temperature. That is followed by isothermal conditioning at the same temperature for 20 minutes to ensure thermal expansion of antimony alloy melt.

EFFECT: reduced time for composite material production.
