FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to a method of producing composite materials with porous carcass impregnation, having high electrical conductivity, antifriction properties and resistance in aggressive media. Vacuum degassing of the porous billet in the melt of the matrix lead alloy is performed in a separate vessel mounted on the vibration table with providing vibrovacuuming of billet for 7-8 minutes. Billet in lead cooled down to 250 °C is placed on lead alloy crystallized as a result of cooling, preliminarily poured into impregnation device at lead 500 °C melt temperature by 2/3 of the device volume. Through the hole in the installed cover, device for impregnation with a lead alloy melt heated to 500 °C is completely filled, impregnation device is sealed and impregnation of the workpiece is carried out due to phase transition of lead alloy from solid state to liquid while heating the impregnation device to 173 °C above liquidus temperature of lead. Perform isothermal conditioning at the same temperature for 20 minutes to ensure thermal expansion of lead alloy melt.
EFFECT: reduced time for composite material production.
