DEVICE FOR ZERO-VOLTAGE QUASI-RESONANCE TYPE Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC H02M1/34

Abstract RU 2725623 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in electric power converters. Invention is a quasi-resonant type zero-voltage device, consisting of a throttle, autotransformer, switch, first, second and third diodes, first and second voltage sources, wherein first throttle terminal is connected to autotransformer middle point, second throttle terminal is first terminal of quasi-resonant type zero-voltage device, first output of autotransformer is connected to first output of switch and first output of first diode, second output of switch is second output of device for zero-voltage quasi-resonant type, second output of autotransformer is connected to the first output of the second diode, the second output of the second diode is the third terminal of the zero-resonance type zero-voltage device, the first output of the third diode is connected to the second output of the autotransformer, the second output of the third diode is connected to the first lead of the first voltage source, second output of first voltage source is connected to second terminal of switch, first output of second voltage source is connected to second output of first diode, and second output of second voltage source is connected to second output of second diode.

EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of PWM range and improvement of reliability of operation of device for zero-voltage quasi-resonant type.
