BIDIRECTIONAL VOLTAGE ZEROING QUASI-RESONANT DEVICE Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC H02M1/34

Abstract RU 2738852 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in electric power converters. Invention is a bidirectional voltage zeroing quasi-resonant device, consisting of throttle, autotransformer, first and second switches, first, second, third and fourth diodes, first and second voltage sources, wherein first throttle terminal is connected to autotransformer middle point, second throttle terminal is the first terminal of the bidirectional voltage zeroing quasi-resonant device, first output of autotransformer is connected to first lead of first switch and first lead of first diode, second output of first switch is second output of bidirectional voltage zeroing quasi-resonant device, the second output of the autotransformer is connected to the first output of the second diode, the second output of the second diode is the third output of the bidirectional voltage zeroing quasi-resonant device, the first output of the third diode is connected to the second output of the autotransformer, the second output of the third diode is connected to the first lead of the first voltage source, the second output of the first voltage source is connected to the second lead of the first switch, the first lead of the second voltage source is connected to the second lead of the first diode, and second output of second voltage source is connected to second output of second diode, second switch is connected antiparallel to the second diode, the fourth diode is connected antiparallel to the first switch, and windings of both autotransformer arms contain the same number of turns.

EFFECT: technical result of disclosed invention consists in improvement of reliability and reduction of weight and dimension characteristics of bidirectional voltage zeroing quasi-resonant device.
