SUBSTANCE: absorbent product, including a liquid-permeable top layer, an outer-impenetrable outer layer and an absorbent system disposed between said top layer and said outer layer, wherein the absorbent system includes an absorbent core disposed between the upper layer and the outer layer, a diverting structure in fluid communication with the absorbent core, wherein said absorbent core comprises cellulose fibres or fluffy mass in amounts from minor to zero, and said absorbent core includes absorbing polymer material for absorbing and prolonged retention of fluid medium received from upper layer, and a tapping structure, wherein said discharge structure has at least one fibrous substrate structure having the ability to receive and temporarily retain fluid media near the absorbent core such that the fluids can subsequently move, as well as released into the absorbent core and absorbed by it.

EFFECT: disclosed is an absorbent system including a discharge structure.
