FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for broadband waveguide transmission lines and broadband horn antennas based on two-ribbon (H-shaped) waveguides. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that a powerful broadband coaxial-waveguide junction comprises: a bipolar-waveguide camera; coaxial connector connected to air coaxial transmission line; shaped plate connected to central conductor of air coaxial transmission line and attached by other end by two screws to lower ridge; three trim "capacitive" propeller with locknuts, screwed inside the bilayer waveguide chamber through the upper wide wall and adjoining comb, wherein the shaped plate is of a trapezoidal shape with partially cut side faces and two elongated oval holes, molded with three defined bending angles and is attached by a narrow end through the lower elongated oval hole to said lower flange and wide end through upper elongated oval hole to screw rotary waveguide chamber additionally screwed in inside by foot screws with countersunk heads, washers and nuts through additionally introduced conducting trapezoidal plate with countersunk two holes and additionally introduced screw with flat head, washer and nut via through lengthwise hole in support screw with hexagonal flange, lock nut and washer.
EFFECT: technical result is increased broadband and matching of powerful coaxial-waveguide transition, simplification of its adjustment, as well as increased reliability of operation in wide range of operating temperatures at exposure to vibrations and high-power input HF signals.
