FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of machine building. Damping device includes a section of the cantilever element in the form of a hollow metal pipe, the first and the second elasticity elements, a load of axisymmetric shape, the first and the second mounting brackets. Weight is located between two elements of elasticity and is attached from two opposite sides to their ends. Design with load and intermittent elements of elasticity is placed inside pipe section of cantilever element and is attached to pipe walls on opposite sides of structure by two brackets. Elasticity elements are made in the form of cylindrical springs. Load is represented by an assembly unit containing end hooks of a closed type on opposite sides. Mutual connection of elasticity elements, load and brackets is performed directly by means of end hooks. In compliance with the second embodiment, the elastic elements are composed of a single spring.

EFFECT: achieving high-efficiency resonance broadband single- and multimode suppression of mechanical vibrations of cantilever elements in conditions of intense wind loads and maintaining high efficiency of suppressing oscillations taking into account static weight loads.
