FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to genes operably linked in a vector, and can be used in medicine to relieve or treat pain. Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition comprising an effective amount of two or more genes selected from a group consisting of a gene coding glutamate decarboxylase (GAD), a gene coding interleukin-10 (IL-10), and a gene coding a glial neurotrophic factor (GDNF). Genes in composition are in operable form in vector.
EFFECT: invention provides a high analgesic effect when introducing a combination of genes in a dose lower than when introducing the genes separately, and thus the usual side effects and toxicity can be reduced.
