SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport machine building, namely, to vehicles intended for loading and transportation of vehicles, mainly passenger cars, as well as other cargoes. Towing vehicle consists of chassis (1) of basic vehicle, of hydraulic system, of loading superstructure consisting of lower (2) and upper (3) platforms, of hydraulic lifting cylinders of upper (3) platform, winch located on lower platform, front post (4) in front part of lower platform, on which there are front support points of upper platform (3), telescopic ramps. Front support points of upper platform (3) are made with two degrees of freedom with possibility of approaching lower platform. Full lifting of top (3) platform is ensured by reciprocating motion of hydraulic cylinder rods, with possibility of upper platform fixation in intermediate positions.

EFFECT: invention provides reliability and loading time inherent in single-seat evacuators.
