FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a foamed polypropylene-based film, which is a non-oriented film used for packing perishable food products. Cast film is made from polyolefin composition, which contains following components: (A) propylene homo- or copolymer with MFR2 of 0.5–80 g/10 min, when measured in accordance with ISO 1133, (B) a hydrocarbon resin product containing a hydrocarbon resin, (C) an alpha-nucleating agent. Hydrocarbon resin is characterized by weight-average molecular weight 500–5000 g/mol, melt viscosity 80–400 mPas at 200 °C, when performing measurement in accordance with ASTM D-3236, softening temperature of not higher than 200 °C, when measured in accordance with ASTM E-28, or any combination of said properties. During cast film production, cooling roll has temperature of 40–90 °C.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain an undirected film with improved barrier properties with respect to oxygen.
