FIELD: construction materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of building materials, namely wall and road clinker bricks. The production line includes a post of raw material crushing, a post of raw material drying, a post of raw material primary grinding, a post of separation into fractions, a post of secondary fine grinding and a post of firing of products. At the same time, a jaw crusher is used at the raw material crushing station. The raw material drying station is additionally equipped with a forced ventilation system. The post of primary grinding of raw materials is represented by a hammer crusher. The post of division into fractions is represented by a coarse screen. The post of secondary fine grinding is represented by a ring mill. The firing post is represented by a tunnel furnace. The line additionally contains a post for the accumulation of crushed material, a post for the preparation of raw materials with humidification and the introduction of additives, a post for the accumulation and storage of raw materials, a post for forming products, a post for drying products. The post of accumulation of crushed material is represented by storage bins. The post of preparation of raw materials with humidification and the introduction of additives is represented by a three-shaft paddle mixer. The post of accumulation and storage of raw materials is represented by bunkers equipped with feeders. The product forming station can be represented by a compression molding press, an extruder, or a soft molding machine. The product drying post can be represented by chamber or tunnel dryers, which are traditional for ceramic technology.

EFFECT: reduction in ceramic bricks’ water absorption, an increase in bricks’ strength and frost resistance, an increase in the productivity of the line, an increase in the efficiency of the production of wall and road clinker bricks using soft molding.
