FIELD: construction materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials, namely to production of ceramic tiles, tiles, bricks and other products used for roofing, wall and floor cladding. Process line includes: raw masses crushing section, raw masses primary grinding section, raw masses secondary grinding section, raw masses accumulation and storage section, section for preparation of raw masses with addition of additives and moistening, raw masses storage section, articles moulding section, articles drying section and articles firing section. Section for accumulation and storage of raw masses is represented by bins equipped with feeders. Article moulding section is represented by an extruder. After the section of primary milling of raw material masses there is additionally a section for separation of raw masses represented by a system of conveyors with subsequent placed raw material storage bins. At the same time one of the bins is intended for storage of the major part of the separated fraction and further supply to the mixer of the section of raw material mass preparation, and the second bin is intended for storage of the smaller part of the separated fraction and its further direction for secondary grinding. Gear crusher is used at raw masses crushing section. Roll crusher with smooth rollers is used at the section of primary grinding of raw masses. Secondary grinding section is represented by hammer crusher for clay material. Section for preparation of raw masses with moistening and introduction of additives is represented by a three-shaft paddle mixer. At the moulding section, on the extruder used, the spinneret is equipped with an ultrasonic generator for ultrasonic action on the moulding mass.

EFFECT: organization of production of clinker roof tiles and clinker tiles of increased size or smaller thickness using simplified technology.
