Method includes receiving (S110) by a terminal device first DMRS configuration information sent by a network device, wherein the first configuration information of the DMRS indicates the DMRS sequence type, receiving (S120) by the terminal device the second DMRS configuration information sent by the network device, wherein the second configuration information of the DMRS indicates at least one configuration parameter from the antenna port configuration for the DMRS, physical resource configuration for the DMRS and DMRS sequence configuration, determination (S130) by the terminal device of the configuration parameter indicated by the second DMRS configuration information in accordance with the first configuration information of the DMRS, determining (S140) by the transmission parameter terminal device for the DMRS in accordance with the configuration parameter indicated by the second DMRS configuration information, and transmission (S150) of the DMRS terminal device to the network device in accordance with the transmission parameter.
