FIELD: satellite navigation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to satellite navigation and satellite positioning, specifically to systems which provide users with access to information resources, which can be obtained from satellite navigation systems. Navigation data providing system comprises network of stations of complex of wide-area functional complement of global navigation satellite systems - AMS-CFC, based on augmentation and monitoring system - AMS and user computers connected via Internet to each other and data processing center. Data processing center provides operation of Internet interface (Internet portal), including cartographic interface, available from user computers, which provides control of the use of stations of the system of AMS-CFC in the interests of users and associated with payment systems. Operation of service providers and users with data is controlled and RINEX files are transmitted to users.

EFFECT: use of the principles of operation of systems of wide-band and global differential navigation enables to reduce the number of ground network stations for providing global coverage.
