SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of satellite positioning, namely to systems that provide users access to the resources of satellite navigation systems. Network of high-precision satellite positioning contains dynamically changing networks of reference stations and user computers connected via the Internet to each other and to the information processing center. Data processing center provides the functioning of the Internet interface (Internet portal), including a cartographic interface, accessible from the user's computers, providing control over the use of these referential stations in the interests of users and related to payment systems. Provides management of service providers and users with data in RTK format and transferring RINEX files to users.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing accurate, operative and reliable binding of objects in absolute coordinate systems.
