FIELD: radio equipment.

SUBSTANCE: described result is achieved by the fact that after the devices are activated, a microcontroller or microprocessor of the devices starts to receive data received via the RTCM protocol from GNSS receivers and store in the non-volatile memory of the devices in a RINEX (Receiver Independent Exchange Format) standard file, after recording data of a predetermined duration, the device prepares and sends the formed RINEX file to the server of the software platform controlling the devices, wherein said file passes the compression (serialisation) procedure to the binary format prior to sending, the duration of the data record is determined by the software platform depending on the external conditions of the location of the devices, wherein the specific duration of record by each of the devices is configured via the software platform, the software module of the platform deserialises, if necessary, and recalculates the obtained approximate coordinates using PPK corrections of the geodetic accuracy received via Internet channels from one of the service providers of continuously operating reference stations (CORS ) in the PPK (Post Processing Kinematic) mode, and calculates the exact coordinates of each of the devices, linking said devices to the map, wherein the data from CORS or from a virtual reference station is used, after calculating and registering the exact coordinates of each of the devices, the software platform links the devices to a map or a plan.

EFFECT: increasing accuracy of linking devices to real geographical coordinates.
