FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to fodder production and poultry feeding. Method for production of a white lupin fodder product consists in the fact that in one technological process thermal treatment is carried out successively to moisture content of 9–12 %, crushing, air separation of vegetal cover, grinding and sieve fractionation of crushed core to produce grits, having particle size from 0 to 5 mm, with subsequent packing of each of fractions into separate bag.
EFFECT: invention widens the range of vegetable protein fodders for farm animals, poultry and fish, corrects the amino acid composition of the feedstuff protein, reduces the cost of feed and increases the live weight of the young stock.
