SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the feed industry. The method consists in the fact that the initial grain of narrow-leaved lupine for obtaining high-protein crumbs is pre-hulled on a centrifugal peeler with a rotational speed of the working disk n=3000 min^-1, and then on an air separator at an air speed in a pneumatic separator of 6.5 m/s, the husk is separated from narrow-leaved lupine seeds. After that, on a hammer mill with a peripheral speed of 65 m/s, the lupine crumbs are preliminarily crushed into flour, and the final grinding is carried out on roller machines with grooved rollers with a grooved back on the back. Moreover, the final grinding is carried out at a speed of rotation of a fast roller from 5.5 to 6.5 m/s, with a ratio of the circular speeds of fast and slow rotating rollers from 1.5 to 2.25, with a cutting density of rollers from 7 to 9 pieces per 1 cm, with a slope of the corrugation from 8 to 10%, followed by sorting the grinding product on sieves of various sizes.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain a high-protein fodder product from narrow-leaved lupine seeds as a component of compound feed for farm animals, poultry and aquaculture.
