FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to methods for increasing lifting force of rotary-wing aircraft. Proposed method comprises fixing on copter an aerodynamic screen with holes for rotary propellers in proximity to said propellers in plane parallel to plane of rotation of copter propellers. During rotation of propellers above surface of aerodynamic screen air flows are created, directed to axis of rotation of propellers, which create region of low air pressure above upper surface of aerodynamic screen in compliance with Bernoulli's principle.
EFFECT: creation of additional lifting force of vertical takeoff and landing open rotor copter.
