FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for making inertial measuring modules for recording primary inertial and magnetic information. Essence of invention consists in the fact that method of inertial measuring module manufacturing includes manufacturing of bearing base in the form of polyhedron, fixation of combined angular speed sensors on it, linear acceleration and magnetic field by surface mounting and monitoring of operability of obtained inertial measuring module, making bearing base is made of dielectric ceramic by moulding ceramic mass in mould with subsequent annealing in furnace, forming on the side faces of the bearing base a current-conducting pattern with contact pads, at that formation of a current-conducting pattern on the side faces of the bearing base provides the possibility of direct installation of combined angular velocity, linear acceleration and magnetic field sensors on them.
EFFECT: technical result is enabling improvement of manufacturability and reliability of design of inertial measuring module.
