SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flywheels composed of two masses installed for rotation relative to each other through support, and tight fitting of bearing in/on one of said masses to create support. Bushing 41 of sliding bearing is press-fitted in seat hole 38 of secondary mass 4 or is press-fitted on journal 34 of primary mass 2 and, in said still free state, surface of bushing 41 of sliding bearing is calibrated to diameter. Invention is aimed is aimed elimination of excessive friction between both flywheel masses at negative fitting tolerances and provision of narrow range tolerances for optimum conditions of friction and sliding in sliding support.
