FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to repair and single production, as well as to production of friction bearings from wood-metal composites. Wood-metal composite for bearing bushing consists of 0.13–0.25 mm of oak wood wastes with moisture content of 1–5 %, copper powder of fractions of 0.045–0.450 mm, urea melamine resin with hardener as binder with consumption of 15 % of weight of dry residue to weight of absolutely dry wood and molten paraffin. Ratio of content of wood flour and copper powder in structure of wood-metal composite varies depending on temperature at contact of shaft and sleeve and radial runout of shaft.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in sliding bearing thermal conductivity and manufacturability of its production.
