SUBSTANCE: invention relates to low-temperature dephlegmation with rectification and can be used in gas industry for deethanization of main natural gas. Invention relates to a plant for producing C2+ hydrocarbons from main gas using low-temperature dephlegmation technology with rectification (LTDR) with main natural gas line, equipped with drying unit, after which the latter is divided into two lines, on first line there is a recuperative heat exchanger, adjunction of second line, reducing device and a refluxer with a condensate discharge line and a reflux gas outlet line with a reducing device, and on the second line there is a cooling unit with a compressor, including a fractionation unit with a methane-containing gas feed line. Reducing devices made in the form of an expander are connected to the compressor by kinematic or electrical connection. On main natural gas line after drying unit there arranged in series are recuperative heat exchanger, reducing device, Adjunction of second line, intermediate separator and dephlegmator. Separator is demethanizer connected with fractionation unit by demethanised condensate and methane-containing gas feed lines, equipped with deethanized gas discharge line, on which ablation reflux gas line is adjoined, dephlegmator heat exchange section, recuperative heat exchanger and cooling assembly, including a cooler and a second recuperative heat exchanger. Demethanizer is connected to intermediate separator and dephlegmator by condensate supply lines with reducing devices, and with second recuperative heat exchanger—circulation irrigation input/output lines, at that, at least one reducing device is made in form of expander. Invention also relates to installation variant.
EFFECT: technical result is high output of hydrocarbons C2+.
