FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a LTDR installation for separating C2+ hydrocarbons from main gas (embodiments), where one of the versions includes a drying unit, a recovery heat exchanger, an expander, a kinematic or electrical linkage connected to the compressor, a refluxer with a reflux feed line and a dephlegmation gas supply line equipped with a reducing device, a separator equipped with deethanized gas and condensate discharge lines, as well as a line for feeding methane-containing gas from the fractionation unit, where on the main gas line after the recuperative heat exchanger there are first and second intermediate separators with a reducing device between them and a dephlegmator, separator is a demethanizer equipped with a demethanised condensate supply line to the fractionation unit and a deethanised gas discharge line with a reflux heat exchange section and a first recuperative heat exchanger, on the bypass of which there is a cooling assembly comprising a second recovery heat exchanger and a compressor, furthermore, the demethanizer is connected to the first and second intermediate separators and the dephlegmator by the condensate supply lines with the reducing devices, and with the second recuperative heat exchanger - the circulation irrigation input/output lines, wherein at least one reducing device is made in the form of an expander, and the dephlegmation gas supply line is connected to the deethanised gas discharge line.
EFFECT: high output of hydrocarbons C2+ due to lower temperature of inlet separation gas by placing cooling unit on bypass of recovery heat exchanger, by installing intermediate separators, as well as due to reduction of C2+ hydrocarbons carryover during fractionation by installation of demethanizer in place of separator.
