FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a low-temperature dephlegmation apparatus with rectification and can be used in the gas industry for the preparation of natural gas. Invention relates to a plant for non-waste complex gas treatment using low-temperature dephlegmation technology with rectification (LTDR), including recovery heat exchanger, expander, connected to compressor by kinematic or electric link, refluxer with reflux feed line, connected by dephlegmation gas supply line equipped with reducing device, with separator, equipped with prepared gas and condensate discharge lines, as well as methane-containing gas supply line from fractionation unit. Gas feed line accommodates inlet separator equipped with condensate and gas supply lines, which is divided into two lines, on the first line there arranged is recuperative heat exchanger, second line adjunction, reducing device and dephlegmator, on the second line there is cooling unit equipped with recuperative heat exchanger and compressor. Separator is demethanizer, connected to refluxer by reflux feed line with reducing device, with inlet separator—condensate supply line with reducing device, with fractionation unit—demethanised condensate supply line, and with recuperative heat exchanger of cooling assembly—circulating reflux inlet/outlet line.
EFFECT: high output of C2+ hydrocarbons.
