SUBSTANCE: invention relates to low-temperature dephlegmation units with rectification and can be used in gas industry for deethanization of main natural gas. Invention relates to an apparatus for separating C2+ hydrocarbons from main natural gas using low-temperature dephlegmation technology with rectification (LTDR) with main natural gas line, equipped with drying unit, after which the latter is divided into two lines, on first line there is a recuperative heat exchanger, adjunction of second line, reducing device and a dephlegmator with a condensate discharge line and a reflux gas outlet line with a reducing device, a cooling assembly with a compressor is located on the second line, including a fractionation unit with a methane-containing gas feed line, wherein the reducing devices made in form of an expander are connected to the compressor by kinematic or electrical connection. First and second intermediate separators with reducing device between them and dephlegmator are installed on main gas line after adjunction of second line. Separator is demethanizer connected with fractionation unit by demethanized condensate supply lines and methane-containing gas supply equipped with deethanized gas discharge line, on which the dephlegmation gas outlet line adjoins, the dephlegmator heat exchange section, the first recuperative heat exchanger and the cooling assembly comprising the refrigerator and the second recuperative heat exchanger, furthermore, the demethanizer is connected to the first and second intermediate separators, as well as the reflux condenser supply lines with reducing devices, and with second recuperative heat exchanger—circulation irrigation input/output lines, at that, at least one reducing device is made in form of expander. Invention also relates to installation variant.
EFFECT: technical result is high output of hydrocarbons C2+.
