SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used for extraction of white lupine fractions with high content of alkaloids and damaged grains from marketable grain. Method of separating white lupine grains according to the content of alkaloids involves passing the grains through a photoreparator equipped with an optical system and separating separate grains. Novelty is that the photosephaser divides the grain into two fractions according to a given level of the spectral density of the energy flux of the reflected radiation in the wavelength range λ = 0.40 ± 0.05 mcm. Besides, white lupine grains are subjected to washing.

EFFECT: use of the method for separation of white lupine grain by content of alkaloids allows to considerably reduce content of alkaloids in white lupine grains.
