SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a gelated emulsion to reduce serum LDL cholesterol. Described is a gelled emulsion for reducing serum LDL-cholesterol content, comprising a plant sterol ester and/or plant stanol ester, gelling agent and water taken in certain ratio; use of gelled emulsion for production of food product; food product containing gelled emulsion; contour cellular package, containing gelled emulsion or food product; method of producing gelled emulsion (versions).
EFFECT: disclosed is a food product which reduces content of serum cholesterol.
