FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry, namely to composition containing lipid phase. Composition containing lipid phase including primary lipid component produced as product of reaction of one or several carboxylic acids with glycerin and propylene glycol; lipid component used jointly and selected from at least one compound being phosphorous-containing lipids and hydroxylated carboxylic ethers and mono- and dyglicerides; lipophilic physiologically active component and water taken in certain amounts. Food product including the above-mentioned composition.
EFFECT: method of production of food product including the above-mentioned composition and one or several other ingredients where method involves mixing the specified composition and one or several other ingredients in any order; the described composition as well as the product on its basis have increased digestability.
