SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound having structure (1), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, having the property of a neprilysin inhibitor. Invention also relates to crystalline form (2S,4R)-5-(5'-chloro-2'-fluoro [1,1'-biphenyl]-4-yl)-4-(2-ethoxy-2-oxoacetamido)-2-(hydroxymethyl)-2-methylpentanoate of calcium, methods of producing said compound and a crystalline form, comprising a pharmaceutical composition thereof, oral and intravenous dosage forms, use of said compound or crystalline form for preparing a medicament for treating hypertension, cardiac failure or renal insufficiency and methods of treating hypertension, cardiac failure or renal failure with using them.
