FIELD: manufacturing technology; chemical or physical processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molded articles and methods of their production. Disclosed is a molded article obtained by molding a thermoplastic resin containing a mixture of a first polyolefin resin and a high impact resin containing a second polyolefin resin, polyamide resin and modified elastomer, wherein the thermoplastic resin has a continuous phase (A) comprising a first polyolefin resin and a second polyolefin resin, and a dispersed phase (B), dispersed in continuous phase (A) and containing polyamide resin and modified elastomer, dispersed phase (B) consists of melt-kneaded product, consisting of a polyamide resin and a modified elastomer, and wherein the first polyolefin is a block-copolymer polyolefin resin containing an ethylene block as a dispersed phase, and the second polyolefin is a homopolypropylene resin, and the modified elastomer has a reactive group which reacts with the polyamide resin, and is an anhydride maleic acid group, and the modified elastomer is an olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer, skeleton of which is a copolymer of ethylene or propylene and α-olefin, containing from 3 to 8 carbon atoms, or is a thermoplastic styrene-based elastomer, having a styrene skeleton, wherein if total amount of continuous phase (A) and disperse phase (B) is taken as 100 wt %, content of dispersed phase (B) is less than or equal to 70 wt %, and if the total amount of the first polyolefin resin and the second polyolefin resin is taken as 100 wt %, the content of the second polyolefin resin is less than or equal to 45 wt %. Also disclosed is a method of producing said article.
EFFECT: technical result is proposed molded articles have excellent impact strength.
