SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a composition of thermoplastic resin, which is characterized by excellent resistance to impact loads, the method of its production and the molded body. A thermoplastic resin composition is a resin composition obtained by compounding a polyolefin resin, a polyamide resin, and a modified elastomer containing a group that is reactive to a polyamide resin. Polyolefin resin is characterized by an average molecular weight of 350,000 or more. Polyamide resin includes a structure in which the number of carbon atoms in the linear-chain part of the hydrocarbon group, enclosed in the gap between the adjacent amide bonds in the main chain, is 5 or less. The present molded body is made from a composition of thermoplastic resin. The thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by mixing a product of polyamide resin and modified elastomer and polyolefin resin mixed in the melt. The invention also relates to the method of its production and molded body.
