SUBSTANCE: invention relates to embodiments of a vehicle door cladding panel. The vehicle door cladding panel 20 includes a reinforcement portion 23 made of an impact resistant resin containing a polyolefin resin, a polyamide resin, and a compatibilizer, which is a modified elastomer having a reactive group that reacts with a polyamide resin. The door cladding includes: a vehicle door cladding panel 20; and a surface layer provided on the decorative surface side of the vehicle door cladding panel 20. Each of the top of the panel and the bottom of the panel are formed from a fiber-reinforced panel containing plant fibers and a binder resin that binds the plant fibers together. The top of the panel, the bottom of the panel, and the reinforcing portion are provided integrally as a molded product with inserts using fiber reinforced panels as insert bodies. A cladding panel, as well as a door covering using such a cladding panel, is less likely to shatter due to the partial use of an impact-resistant resin.
