SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a personal care appliance comprising a care device having a longitudinal axis and comprising a care portion having at least one care member; a connecting part having a main part and a first resilient latching attachment protruding from the main part. Main part is formed from a first material having a first hardness, and a first resilient latching attachment is formed from a second material having a second hardness, wherein first hardness is greater than second hardness. Care device is configured to switch between: (1) a disconnected state; and (2) assembled state, in which the care device is detachably connected to the hand-held section such that the first resilient latching attachment interacts with the first portion to engage with the hand-held section and engages therewith to attach the care device to the hand-held section.
EFFECT: disclosed is a personal hygiene appliance with a replaceable head.
