SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a control system for controlling fluid distribution system (1), wherein fluid distribution system (1) comprises at least two branches (7) to consumers arranged in parallel to each other, wherein each of at least two branches (7) to consumers comprises: at least one consuming element (31) for fluid medium and / or heat energy consumption, at least one device (9) for adjusting the branch to the consumer, configured to receive the control value (u) for adjusting the flow rate of the fluid and / or the heat energy through corresponding branch (7) to the consumer, and at least one sensor (11) to provide the measured value (y) of corresponding branch (7) to the consumer. Control system comprises: module (21) for calculating saturation, configured to provide saturation value (si, vi) for each operating branch (7) to consumer, wherein saturation value (si, vi) indicates saturation degree of corresponding branch (7) to consumer, and saturation compensation module (23) configured to receive saturation values (si, vi) and change of reference value, wherein the changed reference value (r*) is based on the initial reference value (r) and the saturation values (si, vi) from all branches (7) to the consumers, so that at least one device (9) for adjusting the branch to the consumer of each operating branch (7) to the consumer is configured to control based on the changed reference value (r*) and the measured value (y) of corresponding branch (7) to the consumer.
