FIELD: control; regulation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. In order to control the opening of valve (10) in HVAC system (100) for adjusting flow rate φ of fluid through heat exchange system (2) of HVAC system (100) and adjusting the amount of energy E exchanged between heat exchange device (2), flow rate φ through valve (10) and the temperature difference ∆T=Tin-Tout between temperature Tin of inflow of fluid entering heat exchange device (2) and temperature Tout of returning of the fluid leaving heat exchange device (2) is determined. Valve (10) opening is controlled depending on flow rate φ and temperature difference ΔT. For example, valve (10) opening is controlled depending on a control criterion c=ƒ(φ,∆T), calculated from flow φ and temperature difference ΔT.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency of heat exchangers.
