SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a calibration device associated with a subpixel circuit in a pixel array. Calibration device includes a capacitance measurement circuit for outputting a capacitance measurement voltage related to a reading line, charging circuit for reading charging voltage on reading line, when data line is supplied to data line, and a parameter calibrator for calculating the excitation transistor parameters in the subpixel circuit based on the capacitance measurement voltage, the reference data voltage and the charging voltage, and is configured to determine the excitation transistor electrical parameter shifts for the source electrode excitation circuit to determine the compensation data voltage.

EFFECT: technical result is improved uniformity of brightness.
