SUBSTANCE: invention refers to photovoltaic conversion device aimed at parasitic capacitance caused sensitivity loss enhancement. The device includes photovoltaic conversion element, reset transistor with source connected to photovoltaic conversion element and sink connected to reset power supply, reading transistor with gate connected to photovoltaic conversion element and sink connected to reading power supply, signal line connected to reading transistor source, selecting transistor connected between reading power supply or signal line and reading transistor, and DC source connected to signal line.
EFFECT: parasitic capacitance caused sensitivity loss enhancement.
