FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to integrated circuits for detecting biological molecules and can be used to determine a polynucleotide sequence using a matrix of elements. The integrated circuit for analysis of biological systems comprises a matrix of elements, containing multiple measuring elements, wherein each of the multiple measuring elements comprises a sensor circuit configured to measure the impedance of the biological tested sample, wherein the sensor circuit comprises multiple inputs and an output; a string access logic circuit functionally connected with the input of each of the multiple measuring elements and configured to select rows of the matrix of elements; an element recording logical circuit functionally connected with the input of another of the multiple measuring elements; an analogue multiplexer functionally connected with the output of each of the multiple measuring elements; a column amplifier circuit functionally connected with the analogue multiplexer; an analogue-to-digital converter functionally connected with the column amplifier; a multiplexer/FIFO buffer functionally connected with the analogue-to-digital converter; and an external interface functionally connected with the multiplexer/FIFO buffer.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy, sensitivity and speed of measurement.
