FIELD: water supply.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water supply and can be used in regulation of underground runoff of water-bearing horizons confined to valleys of mountain rivers with intermittent drying flow to improve reliability of water withdrawal or increase thereof. Method of controlling passage of ground water through a strain seam-outlet represents accumulation in a river valley, completely in thickness and width, covered by a barrage in an aquifer, underground water in underground reservoir in high-water periods of year at controlled water flow by gravity on relief and their consumption in low-water periods of year by supply to consumer by means of mechanical water lifting. According to the invention, the barrage is made in the form of a wall in the ground, where for the plates jointing the element consisting of the pipe halves is used, which are installed with the possibility of formation of the internal space, and in the point of their joint - through slots. Free ends of film material are made in each plate, which is made from continuous web pre-folded in half along and equal in height through slots. Bending of the web is introduced through the slots into the inner space of the element to form a container. Change of filling in container provides appropriate overlapping of perforated holes in element and controlled passage of water from volume of underground water reservoir into lower waterway or elimination of this supply, intensifying process of water accumulation in underground reservoir during low-water period of the year, and reducing load on plates due to uniform moistening of soil on both sides in process of reservoir operation.

EFFECT: possibility of reliable water withdrawal in required volume throughout the whole period of operation is provided.
