FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device and method for protection of boiler plate with circuit for synthesis gas. Boiler comprises casing (12), which surrounds bundle (14) of pipes, and bundle (14) of pipes comprises multiple pipes (16). One end of each of pipes (16) is connected to tube grid (18) equipped with appropriate inlet holes (20) of tube grid, for introduction of synthesis gas into boiler (10), wherein every tube grid inlet (20) is provided inside with, at least, protective sleeve (22) welded on both ends to appropriate surfaces of pipe bore inlet (20). Each inlet hole (20) of the tube grid is equipped with the first corresponding welded upper layer (24A) located on the inlet mouth of input hole (20) of the tube grid, so that the first end of each protective sleeve (22) is welded to the first welded upper layer (24A). Each inlet hole (20) of the tube grid is equipped from the inside with at least machined groove (26), which contains the corresponding second upper layer (24B), which is welded in the groove, so that the second end of protective sleeve (22) is welded to the second boiled in groove to upper layer (24B). Each protective sleeve (22) is welded at both ends to the respective welded upper layers (24A, 24B) with possibility of removal and re-installation without performing any post-welding heat treatment.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to replace sleeves to check integrity of the main material of the tube plate and then to re-install by means of welding without performing any post-welding heat treatment process, as well as to inspect welded seams of the sleeve.
