FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to otorhinolaryngology. It is followed by repeated extranasal exposure of frontal sinus. Frontal nasal fistula is formed. Endoprosthesis is inserted into the formed frontal-nasal fistula through an opened frontal sinus. Endoprosthesis is represented by a coronary stent fixed on the balloon in compressed state. Coronary stent is introduced to the level of the nasal opening of the frontal-nasal fistula. In balloon, atmospheric air is injected until fixation of coronary stent in the tissues of frontal nasal fistula. Air from the balloon is bleached; the balloon is removed. Bone graft is formed, the diameter of which is 2–3 mm larger than the diameter of the trephine opening. Frontal sinus is closed with the formed bone graft, the soft tissues are closed tightly.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the length of the postoperative period more than 3-fold, as well as reducing intraoperative injuries.
