FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing combined tubular draining tube into the opening of the frontonasal anastomosis. The superior part of the vessel is cut after introducing the combined drain into the frontal sinus lumen. The frontal sinus wound is treated in open mode applying feeble fixation of vessel leaflets with tampons impregnated with hen egg protein. EFFECT: lower risk of recurrence to occur.
