SUBSTANCE: grafting method for front wall defect of frontal sinus concerns medicine, particularly surgical otolaryngology, and can be applied in surgical interventions to frontal sinuses in treatment of rhinogenous sinusitis with orbital or intracranial complications or of odontogenous polysinusitis with prevailing irreversible productive inflammation forms in sinuses. Claimed method involves application of TACHOCOMB absorbing wound coating onto bone wall defect after surgical intervention involving momentary endoscopic correction of ostiomeatal complex structures, nose partition structure correction and extranasal sanation of frontal sinus with expansion of natural frontal sinus fistula.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of surgical treatment for patients with frontal sinus diseases, reduced amount of complications and recurrences after frontal sinus operations.
