FIELD: data processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of determining order information. Method comprises steps of: recognizing human postures for user to receive user pose data; determining the product location to obtain the product location information; determining whether the user's pose is taking the product, based on the pose data and said location information; and adding the product to the user's order, if the result of the determination is that the user takes the product.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of determining information on order, due to recognition of faces and gestures of customers and determination of association between user and product selected and purchased by user.
