FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of coatings, in particular, to tools for painting and anticorrosion coatings application. Substance of the invention consists in the fact that to platform 8 with holes 9 and slots 10 are attached by means of pins 11 entering into these holes and slots, detachable rings 5 with protrusion 12 and dyeing elements 6, container 2 filled with coating substance, with sealing cover 13, latches 14, outlet corrugated pipe 3 with valve 4. Bottom 15 of container 2 along length has slope in order to concentrate paint near branch pipe 3. Handle 7 is also attached to platform 8, on which grip 16 is installed, rotating relative to handle 7 at rotation of the latter around coated body 1 located at any angle to the horizon and having a section in the form of a pipe or a bar. Device can be used for painting and application of coating on short, on long bodies located at any angle to horizon, wherein the cross-section of the colored body can have different sizes, shape, and the surface – any shape.

EFFECT: higher quality of painting or coating of surface of painted body.
