FIELD: agricultural engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for spraying viscous preservation mastics and can be used for applying preservation coatings on the surface of working bodies of agricultural machines placed at field camps. The mounted unit for the conservation of agricultural machinery in the field contains a receiver, a platform, a compressor, a mounted device with a power receiving shaft for the compressor belt drive from the tractor power take-off shaft, a low-voltage generator and a pressure tank for viscous mastic, equipped with a heating chamber under the ring with a separation grid, tubular electric heaters in sleeves, an outlet pipe with a service valve. The exhaust pipe is inserted into the pressure tank with the edge of the inlet hole touching the sleeves. The sleeves are installed in the heating chamber and are removed from the side wall of the pressure tank, a ring with a separation grid is located on the sleeves, and tubular electric heaters are placed in sleeves with gaps filled with electrotechnical periclase powder. A mastic supply hose with a pneumatic spray gun is connected to the service valve, to which compressed air is supplied through an air hose. An electric heating spiral is installed in the mastic supply hose, connected in series with an electric heating spiral at the end of the air hose and with a switch at the handle of the spray gun. The switch is placed on the wire shunting the electric heating spiral of the air hose. The handle of the service valve is connected by means of a rod to a lever pivotally fixed on the side wall of the pressure tank.

EFFECT: mounted unit provides an increase in the reliability of the structure, an increase in the productivity and quality of applying a protective coating to the working bodies of agricultural machinery.
